GAA Museum Croke Park

Ireland's most historic sporting organization is celebrated at the GAA Museum & Croke Park Stadium Tour. The Gaelic Athletic Association was founded in 1884 and children and adults throughout the country play hurling and Gaelic football every weekend. Over the last twenty years or so, soccer has become very keenly supported in Ireland, but Gaelic games are still a massive part of Irish life and this is celebrated at the GAA Museum. The exhibits include historic memorabilia as well as touch-screen interactive facilities to check out the famous games and names of the past. As well as the museum, visitors may tour Croke Park, the fourth largest stadium in Europe where you will see the dressing rooms, corporate suites, media centre and be allowed to experience the thrill of being pitch-side. Opening hours are 0930-1700hrs Monday to Saturday and 1200-1700 on Sundays & public holidays. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing. During July & August, the museum stays open until 1800hrs Monday to Saturday. On match days, there are no stadium tours, and admission to the museum is limited. Admission is E5.50 for adults, E4 for students and E3.50 for children. The stadium tour is a small extra charge.
